Processing Time

Our Smart Doll clothing and accessories are made completely in house.  We begin production when you place your order, so processing times will vary due to the number of items in your order,  the number of other orders ahead of yours in the queue and our personal work schedules, which often involve travel.

Please allow 2-8 weeks for production.  If we anticipate longer production times due to order volume we will post updates here, as well as contact you via email when you place your order advising of any longer than average wait times.

 

From time-to-time we may have items in stock and ready to ship.  If you do not have additional items in your order that require additional production time we will ship them as soon as possible, normally within 2-5 business days.
