Fabric printed using sublimation is a low stain risk. The underside (internal side) of the sublimation printed fabric is white. Although we have done our best to minimize staining risks we cannot guarantee them to be stain free.  Please use stain prevention measures and avoid leaving the dolls in clothing containing dark colors for an extended period of time.

The fabric for this item is printed ourselves in house, using professional grade sublimation materials. Sublimation printing infuses the design directly onto the fabric, so there is no discernable difference in the feel and performance of the fabric on or off the design and it will not crack or peel over time, as may happen with vinyl or iron-on transfers.  Colors remain bright and vibrant even after multiple washings. Stain risks with sublimation printed fabric is very low.

We do not accept returns except in the case of damaged or incorrectly filled orders.  If you receive an item that is either damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us right away.  Please note that since our human clothing is manufactured on demand according to the customer color/size specifications we cannot exchange items if ordered in the wrong size.  Please refer to the sizing guide when ordering.

Sublimation printed designs remain vibrant even after multiple washes.  

Machine or hand washable. We recommend the use of a delicate bag if machine washing. If machine washing, turn item inside out, and wash on cold using a delicate setting. Air or machine drying is suitable for sublimation designs. If machine drying use a delicate setting. Iron inside out.
